LifelearnClientEd.com is a subscription service for veterinary practices. See the 'About Client Ed' sections for a description of all the functionality of this application and how your practice can use it to increase compliance and grow your practice.

There are two components to the fee structure:  I - Licence (set up only), and II - Monthly Maintenance.

 

Licence Fee:

This is a one time licence fee that gives your organisation rights to use the vast amount of Lifelearn copyright intellectual property in a number of ways:

1. On-line access to the full complement of articles 24/7 from anywhere the internet can be accessed.

2.  Distribute the articles via hard copy (print) or email to pet owner clients of your organisation

3.  Fully customise and edit the articles.

4. Establishment of a section of the Lifelearn-managed ClientEd server for storage of any modifications or new articles you create.

3. Export Acrobat PDF files of the client education articles to a local hard drive, for stand alone use that does not require an internet connection.

4. Integration of client information articles into select veterinary practice management software applications. (Coming soon)

5. Integration of client information articles into your own practice website.

 

Monthly Maintenance Fee: 

This fee includes:

1. Hosting of the online application and storage of your own data with 99% uptime guarantee, including management of the web and practice management integrations.

2. Access for multiple users up to 50. Please contact Lifelearn to request a special license for greater than 50 users.

3. Ongoing maintenance of the content including:
        a) new articles,
        b) updating of existing articles as necessary,
        c) updating and improvement of images and illustrations within articles.

4. Ongoing technical improvements of the application to enhance functionality and user experience as technology changes and based on customer feedback.

5. Customer service support line.

 

Complete Small Animal Series

Licence Fee:  £399 

Licences you to full use of over 780 articles as described above. 

This will entitle you to both Client Handouts to use within the practice and the use of the same articles on your external website.

Prices are based on a practice based on one location.  Please contact us for pricing for multiple practice groups.

  • Small practice (up to 15 users/site)            £25/month 
  • Medium practice (16 to 30 users/site)        £35/month
  • Large practice (31 to 50 users /site)           £45/month

There are 3 Types of Users:

Master:  Usually the owner/manager who has the following permissions:

  • set up letterhead and upload logo
  • set up other users
  • edit/modify content of articles

 

Editor:  Usually a veterinarian and/or veterinary technician/nurse who has the following permissions:

  • change their own password
  • edit/modify content of articles
  • write/add new articles

 

Regular:  Assigned to all other users who are permitted to:

  • search
  • browse
  • print
  • email
  • download to PDF
  • in other words ...  all functionality except editing and/or adding articles and managing users.
